My printer is not printing
First, make sure there are no error messages or lights blinking on your printer which indicates that paper may be jammed, more ink may be needed, or another printer error.
If that is fine, your printer queue may have been stopped.
To fix the queue
1. Click the apple menu
2. click system preferences
3. print and fax
4. double click on the printer that is displayed to open more information
5. in the window that appears look at the bottom for a list of print jobs that are stuck and are waiting to be printed
5a. if you see duplicate names/jobs, click on the name and click delete above so you don't get multiple copies printed
6. Click above, start jobs
7. the printer will start printing all the jobs waiting in the queue

I have os x version 10.3 and safari is not translating websites correctly.
***Download a different web browser, BUT make sure that the version you download is compatible with your operating system 10.3

Send an attachment from Macintosh Mail program
1. open the message
2. complete the message with the to, subject, and message
3. click file
4. click attach file
5. locate the file you want to send as an attachment in the window that appears
6. click choose file
7. your file will be attached to the message
8. click send to send off your message
