My printer won’t stop printing, what do I do? Macintosh
Try pushing “cancel” on the printer
Doesn’t stop?
Then,
Turn off the printer by pushing the power button or unplugging the printer from the rear.
On the computer
1. go to the apple menu
2. choose system preferences
3. choose “print and fax”
4. click once on the printer’s name and then click “open print queue”
5. you will see a list of documents waiting to be printed
6. click each document and then click “delete” to erase it
7. continue until the list is empty
8. close all open windows
9. turn on your printer
10. and print the document again
