Why do I see a 95% at the top corner of my computer? The percentage is related to the battery capacity and means that the power plug may have been disconnected. Check the cord!

Why when I print a photo, the colors don't seem as vivid as what I see on the screen?
A.    Check to make sure the ink is full
B.    Print on Photo Paper
C.    Change the image settings in your photo management software (iPhoto, Picasa, etc)
D.    Try sending your photo to print at a 3rd party printer, Walgreens, Snapfish, Shutterfly, Costco, etc
