Can I use iCloud on my computer?
Only if you have Mountain Lion 10.8.2 or newer
How can i check what version OS I have?
1. Go to the apple menu (top left)
2. Choose "About This Mac"
3. Your OS version will be displayed
Do I need to upgrade my computer?
Not necessarily. Only if your computer is about 2 years old should you upgrade. If older it might be better to get a new computer that can support the new OS software.

Updates = FREE
Upgrades = $$$

Do I need iCloud?
iCloud is useful if you have more than one device you want to sync information/files on
--or--
if you want to use iCloud as backup for files
****TimeMachine is also provided for backup of files if you have an external hard drive****

My emails have been hacked! What do I do? Notify all your contacts, friends and family to ignore the recent email and NOT send you money or respond to the email. This includes someone to send the message on your behalf.  Or create/use a secondary email to send a notification email to your friends/family group or distribution list NOT to send you money or respond to the email. (Be sure to put all the contacts in the BCC and send to groups of no mare than 50 contacts at a time) 1. Contact a Computer Tech to help cleanup and verify your email settings are properly configured, change your password and setup 2 factor authentication 2.
