------internet at the Towers-------
Wifi at the towers is much more reliable.
The speed does vary based on the usage at one-time.

If the speed is a problem, enrolling for your own Comcast connection will alleviate the slow connection speed.

As more residents with Internet related devices move in the speeds will get slower. Especially when they have Internet Televisions. i.e. Google TV, Roku, or Apple TV. (uses large amounts of bandwidth)

Bandwidth - Internet speed (www.speedtest.net)
traditional telephone modem  56kb/sec
1st generation DSL 1.5mb/sec = 1500kb/sec
towers internet  18mb/sec = 18000kb/sec

-----My Wifi keeps dropping the signal/internet-------

If your WiFi has problems connecting, make sure you are connected to the proper connection. Computers are setup to automatically jump to other signals if your default signal is not found or is strong.

Turn off the Wifi by clicking the radio signal icon on the top right. Choose "turn airport off". The radio signals will become grayed out.

Be sure you're connected to the proper connection by clicking the radio signal icon and identifying your connection and then be sure your have a check mark beside it.
If your computer jumps between different connections, click the radio signal icon, choose the bottom menu item, a window appears, click advanced, make sure that in the preferred list there is only one connection.
To remove a connection, click the name and then click the - symbol.
