The consensus of the class is that the upgrade process is easy to do but there is a mixed opinion on if the idea to upgrade was a good or bad idea.

The PC will be a mixed environment of windows 7 and windows 10 to support both users and introduce the new system to the residents. 8 users of course are also included!

Windows program key combinations

    CTRL+C: Copy
    CTRL+X: Cut
    CTRL+V: Paste
    CTRL+Z: Undo
    CTRL+B: Bold
    CTRL+U: Underline
    CTRL+I: Italic


I've deleted an item from the desktop and I want it back. What do I do?
Immediately UNDO! ctrl + z

Undo can also be found in different applications in the Edit menu or as a curved icon near the top of the window.

How to put icons on the desktop to remind yourself of the resources/websites/information available to you.
1. Find the resource to save on the desktop
2.Resize the window to see the desktop
3.Click on the website address and on the left of the address
4.Click, hold and drag the icon to the desktop
5.Done

How to rename the new icon
1.Right Click on the Icon
2.Choose Rename

Copy and Paste - If there was one important function to learn, this would be the one.
1.Find the content you want to copy
2.Select/Highlight the content by clicking, holding and dragging over the content
3.Copy the content - CTRL + C
4.Go to where you want the content to be placed. i.e. word processor, email
5.Click where you want the content to be placed
6.Paste/place the content - CTRL + V
