Beware of Phishing Emails
1. Confirm the email address of the sender - hover your mouse over the name, or click on the name to see the full address
2. Confirm the destination of a link in an email. Hover your mouse over the link and the destination website address will appear on the screen or in the lower left corner
**When in doubt, delete it. Feel free to also forward the email to me so I can confirm your suspicions.

Managing folders
All files are in the Hard Drive.
To access the hard drive, open any folder and click my computer on the left.
Double click on the hard drive to open it and access the folders.
Think of each folder like a freeway exit to a different area of town.
To access your files go to user and then to the user that matches you.
Inside the user you will see folders that have been created by Windows to help you organize.

To create a shortcut to one of the folders on your desktop, click hold and drag with your right mouse the folder to your desktop. Release and choose create shortcut.

To place a file in a folder, drag the file with the left mouse button over the folder and release.
