1. Click Mail
2. Choose preferences
3. Click Junk Mail
Create Rules to Filter your emails into their own mailboxes or into the trash
-Click Rules
Create a signature to show up at the end of an email (you can make more than one, personal/professional/short/long)

How can I create an automatic vacation/out of office response?
You must login to your email provider and create the automatic response at the source.
**Settings usually top right of your mail provider**
Working with Files/Folders
Access all your folders by going to the Go menu in the finder.
Save items to your desktop so you know exactly where to find the file.
Create a shortcut to your documents folder (drag the folder while holding Option + Command) to your desktop.
