How can I be sure to see my contacts on all my devices?
1.Use the iCloud/Apple Contacts
2.Be sure Contacts is syncing with iCloud on all your devices

Export your address book from your current provider and import it into the Macintosh Address book or to iCloud.com

How can I remove a bad email address that continually appears in Mac Mail?
  1. Click the Window menu
  2. Choose Previous Recipients
  3. Find or Search for the contact to remove
  4. Click on the contact
  5. Choose Remove from List

Change the Tools on the Mac Mail Toolbar. Add an add to contacts icon, print, etc.
  1. Hold Control and click on the grey area beside the tool icons
  2. A menu will appear
  3. Choose Customize Toolbar
  4. Drag the tool you want onto the toolbar and drag off what you do not want

Reset your mac computer password
  1. Restart the computer
  2. Hold Command and R
  3. Under utilities there will be change password

What is the Keychain?
The passwords are saved in the keychain.
The Mac has its own keychain to store passwords. For websites visited, mac mail, wifi passwords, etc.
To access the keychain:
  1. Click spotlight (magnifying glass top right)
  2. Type in keychain

What is the iCloud Keychain?
Your passwords will be stored in the cloud so they can be accessed by your computer and any iOS devices you also have.

What is the iCloud Drive?
A storage place in the cloud for your documents so they can be accessed by your computer and any iOS device synced to the iCloud.
