iCloud Drive
Cloud storage provided by Apple, only 5GB is free.
When do I need to use the iCloud Drive?
Backup your files, because you are not using Time Machine
Sharing files with my computer and iOS device

Turn on iCloud Drive
  1. Apple menu
  2. System Preferences
  3. Open iCloud
  4. Check iCloud Drive

Choose what to store on the iCloud Drive
**You might not want to store your documents on the iCloud drive if you have a backup already**
IMPORTANT!!! If you are backing up your documents to the iCloud drive and you no longer want to, be aware of the prompts that ask you to copy your folders and data to the computer. Choose YES!

How can I be sure I see the same photos on my iOS device and my computer via the Photos app?
Setup matching Photo syncing/storage options
  1. Open iCloud
  2. Click options beside photos
  3. Notice if iCloud Photo Storage is checked or PhotoStream

Be sure your computer is syncing with any iOS devices by comparing the active blue check marks.

What is Keychain?
Saved passwords in Safari, WiFi connections, etc.

How much storage space do I have on iCloud and how much am I using?
Look below at the bar in iCloud.

How can I access my information, files, or find my device on the Internet?
  1. Go to www.icloud.com
  2. enter your apple ID
  3. enter your password
  4. done
