Where should I buy new ink?
Staples, Office Depot, Office Max have next day free delivery.
In the search bar on the top, type in the printer brand and model number, or type in the ink number. Do not stock up on ink as it is liquid and can dry up.

**Be sure to buy original manufacturer branded ink, NOT the Aftermarket brand.**

Do not turn off your printer, print at least once a week to keep your ink print heads clean and clear.

If you are getting missing spots or bands in your printed material, run a nozzle check and then a nozzle cleaning.

To run printer maintenance, nozzle check and printhead cleaning. Open the control panel, open the printer and devices, right click on the printer and choose printing preferences.

To avoid the hassle of cleaning clogged printhead nozzles, buy a laser printer which uses powder. Downside is the toner/ink is costly but it lasts a lifetime.

I am trying to print a PDF and the printer makes noise but nothing happens.
~Download Adobe Acrobat Reader and install it. Then try to print again
~download acrobat reader from Adobe.com, scroll to the bottom, remove any optional downloads before starting the installation

Accessing GOD MODE on the computer where you can access almost all the settings in the computer.
1.Copy this text:
God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
2.Go to the desktop and right click
3.Choose New Folder
4.Erase the name New Folder
5.Paste in the text you copied above, with CTRL + V
6.Press Enter on the keyboard

If you completed the steps properly you will have a new icon that when you open it reveals a list of computer settings.

**If you make a change, note the change you made so you can revert back if needed.** Also, if you don't understand it, look it up on Google/YouTube or Don't Touch It!
