Adobe Flash is a Plugin that is used on the Internet via your Web Browser to show animation or video.
Hackers use the term "Adobe Flash" as a way to install malicious software in your computer. Be careful activating and updating Adobe Flash.
I get a notice to activate adobe flash, do I do it?
Yes if you know the website you are on is legitimate.
To update Adobe Flash…
Go to Adobe.com
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Adobe Flash and follow the instructions (remove the check marks to install other software options before clicking install now)
REMEMBER TO SURF/BROWSE THE INTERNET PRIVATELY/INCOGNITO
1. Click the 3 dots or lines on the top right of the web browser
2. Choose to open a new private/incognito tab
3. Now surf the Internet without the worry of being tracked or installing temporary files in the computer
If you end up on a website you should not have or clicked something you should not have…
CLOSE all the Windows
Turn off the Computer
Restart the computer
Run a Malware checker like Malwarebytes.com to clean up your computer
If you browse the Internet Frequently buying the full version of Malwarebytes for $60 is a good investment.
Have fun search the internet. Use google and search for lists of websites related to the topic you want.
