Zooming in and out to make seeing fonts/type easier

Default Font size 10pt to 12pt

Default Towers Font size 14pt to 16pt


To increase the size of the text on the screen and NOT printed, Zoom.

Pages Zoom is on Top left

Word Zoom is on the Bottom Right

Mail or Internet Zoom using

     Zoom In - Command (CMD) & +

     Zoom Out Command (CDM) & -


Does zooming change the size of the text when it prints? NO


If you get an email that is too small or large, Select, Copy, Paste and Change the size of the Font in Pages or Word.

  1. Open the email
  2. Click the Edit Menu
  3. Choose Select All
  4. Click the Edit Menu
  5. Choose Copy
  6. Open Word, Pages, Notes, or any other word processing program
  7. Click the Edit Menu
  8. Choose Paste
  9. Change the size of the Font as needed or zoom in to make it bigger


Personalizing the Toolbars to fit the functions you use the most.

1.Open the program you want to customize.

2.Hold CONTROL and click on the toolbar

3.Choose Customize

4.Drag icons onto and off the toolbar as needed


Find Text within the page or document

Edit menu then choose Find

Or

Command (CMD) & F


Use find to locate instructions in a manual downloaded as a PDF

Search google for the manual you need for your device

Locate the PDF to download

Click on the arrow pointing down at the bottom of the page to download the PDF, manual to your computer

Use find to locate what you need


FIND documents using spotlight, top right magnifying glass.

FIND emails from or to someone using the search bar on the top right
