Try Siri on the Macintosh Computer

Access it by clicking the top right icon near the clock or the icon on the dock.
Setup a shortcut key in the Siri settings. Apple->System Preferences->Siri

Access the list of commands in the link below to have Siri compose and send emails, find files in the computer, open websites, read your emails, and more.

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6. If not…you need to direct quicken to where to save the backup 7. Click “browse” 8. Find and click on “my computer” 9.
