Setup 2 step authentication 
For AppleID
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap your name on the top
  3. Tap security
  4. Type in your password
  5. Turn on 2-step authentication
  6. **important be sure to send text message to a Mobile phone or phone call to home phone
  7. Confirm the code they send you
For your email
  1. Login to your email on a computer or download the app from your email provider
  2. Tap your name to access account info or settings
  3. Find the option for security or login
  4. Turn on 2-factor authentication

Secure your financial institution
Ask if they have 2-factor authentication 
If yes, log in and access your account profile and then security

Manage spam better on iOS by downloading the email app developed by your provider from the App Store. I.e. gmail, yahoo, hotmail, aol

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6.
