Try restarting the computer.

or download and reinstall the application - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35844

The battery on my iOS device doesn't seem to last as long as it used to. What do I do?

Check the battery app under "Settings" and Battery Health

Apple will replace your battery for $30 till the end of 2018.

https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/battery-power

Check the individual app settings to be sure nothing is draining your battery.

In Settings Scroll down to the bottom and your individual apps will be listed.

Check each one and make sure that:

-Background App Refresh is NOT ON (Green)

-Location is Set to While Using or Never

-Microphone is turned off if you don't need the app to respond to voice commands.

Don't want any apps to run in the background?

Turn off background app refresh for ALL apps!

Go to Settings, General, Background App Refresh
