Use the stock market app on the iPhone and iPad

Note* you will need to update to the newest iOS version

Use the search to find the stock app


Be sure your app is syncing with your other devices via iCloud in settings.

Using an older iPad? Download the yahoo finance app

Syncs with multiple devices once you setup a yahoo account.


When downloading an app verify the developer by scrolling down the description to seller. 


Unsubscribe to an app

  1. Open your iPad Settings app.
  2. Select your name (or the name of the iPad)
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  4. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  5. Select view Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
  6. Tap Subscriptions.
  7. Tap the subscription that you want to manage

Undo an action = shake the device

Stay private stop tracking my location

Go to settings

Choose privacy

Tap locations

Turn off tracking locations for specific apps or for all apps

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6.
