Troubleshooting Email
First, reset the email settings. (IMAP, POP, SMTP - mailbox settings)
    1. Delete your current account
        1. Go to System Preferences (under apple menu) and choose "Internet Accounts"
        Note. IMAP = Okay to Delete, POP = Don't Delete just Add (check in Macintosh Mail, Preferences, Account)
        2. Click the account to Delete if IMAP
        3. Click the + to add the account again

Have a pacbell.net, sbcglobal.net, or att.net email account and a password that is NOT working?

Safari - Internet Browser
**Finder** (Open all the time used for Folders and Files)
    The Finder icon is the two-toned face on the dock
    Use the "Go" menu to jump to a commonly access folder or start from the main folder HOME to find all your files
    Click the View Menu to choose different ways to see your files, Thumbnails, List, Columns or Cover View.
    Share a File in Finder, click the file and click the arrow pointing up out of the box

Pages - Word Processing
Numbers - Excel

LaunchPad - Lists all the Apps
Notes
iBooks
    Download Free Manuals written by Apple
    1. Open iBooks, click the iBooks Store (top left)
    2. Search (top right) for Apple iOS Manual, press Return
    3. In the search results look for manuals by Apple, Inc. and click Apple, Inc. to see the entire collection of books released by Apple
    4. Once you find the book you want, click Get to download the book and add it to your library
    5. Click Library on the top left
    6. Your Manuals will appear
    7. Click to open it and click around to markup and navigate around the book
