Check your phone for iOS updates

1. Tap Settings

2. Choose General

3. Tap System Update

4. Tap Install Now if needed


Confirm your Airdrop is only on for Contacts or is Off

1. Tap Settings

2. Choose General

3. Tap AirDrop

4. Do not choose Everyone


Access the Password Keeper from Apple

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Accounts and Passwords
  3. Choose Passwords
  4. Authenticate yourself with your fingerprint, face id or passcode


Activate Find My Phone so you can lock and erase all data if you were to lose the phone

1. Tap Settings

2. Tap your name on the top

3. Tap iCloud

4. Turn on Find My Phone


Activate iCloud Backup to keep a copy of your settings in the cloud

1. Tap Settings

2. Tap your name on the top

3. Tap iCloud

4. Turn on iCloud Backup

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6. If not…you need to direct quicken to where to save the backup 7. Click “browse” 8. Find and click on “my computer” 9.
