How can I trust who I am buying from and how do I know I will get my product?

You can trust your credit card company will refund you for any problems you have with a retailer. (Chargeback)

You can also look at the retailer and their ratings and reviews to see how reliable they are online.

Erase Content on my IOS device

1. Tap Settings

2. Tap General

3. Choose Reset

4. Choose Reset all content and settings

*you may be required to enter in your Apple ID password to confirm you're authorized to reset the device

5. Wait for the Reset to complete and upon completion you will see a Welcome screen

6. Hold the Power Button Down for 15 seconds till you can shut down the device


Computer is stuck with the spinning wheel

1. Push CTRL + ALT and Delete to open the Task Manager

2. Choose the Application that is slowing down the computer and then click End Task to force it to stop

OR if the above does not work…

Hold the power button down for 30 seconds to force the computer to power off

Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4.
