Change the size of the mouse arrow/cursor

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Go to Accessibility
  3. Go to Display
  4. Drag the Slider to change the size of the arrow/cursor


Accessibility allows the user to changes specific settings related to the visual appearance/interaction with the computer.


How can I enlarge the text on a web page

Hold Command and Tap +

Reduce the Size

Hold Command and Tap -

Go back to the original size

Hold Command and Tap 0 (zero)


View the Applications that are open to reduce the Spinning rainbow pinwheel

Look on the dock for icon with a small black dot below it

OR 

Hold Command and Tap Tab to see all the open applications, then while holding Command press tab to jump between the applications in the list


To quit the application

Go to the name of the application and choose Quit from the Menu

OR

Hold Command and Tap Q



Force Quit if the Application is stubborn and does not quit using the regular methods above

Hold Command, Hold Option and Tap ESC

Click the Application that is being stubborn

Click the blue button that says "Force Quit"


Sync Photos from your iPhone with your Macintosh

Open Photos Application

Go to Settings

Choose iCloud

Be sure iCloud Photo Library is On

Also be sure iCloud Photo Library is ON on your iPhone by going to the iCloud settings


Edit your photos in the photo

Double click the photo to open it click the stack of horizontal sliders to change the color, crop, etc. Click Done to keep the changes or revert to original to return to the original photo.


Click the Heart to favorite the photo


Click the i with a circle around it to change the name/title of the photo.
