Apple Devices (and Windows computers) - Sync using iCloud
Use your Apple ID & Password
Go to Settings to view iCloud and the settings for each of the Apple Apps like Contacts, Photos, Calendar, Notes, Reminders, Books, Podcasts, etc.
Compare your devices to one another to be sure the same apps are On (syncing) or Off (not syncing)
Check your iCloud Storage
**Beware of emails or text messages that say to upgrade your iCloud Storage. Many of them are scams!
****Check your current iCloud Storage yourself! Go to Settings, click your name, click iCloud and on the top a bar graph will appear showing you how much storage you have allocated and how much of the storage you used.
If you need to add more storage click "Manage Storage" choose the next storage size or downgrade if you're not using all the storage.
Use iCloud to store, sync files, documents
To find, add, remove Files/Documents stored in iCloud Drive.
Click the Blue Folder icon labeled Files on your iOS device
or on the computer click the Finder, Click GO menu, Choose iCloud Drive
Drop items in the iCloud Drive to not only Sync them between devices but to also back them up on the cloud.
Sync you password & keychain list whether you use Safari to save passwords or the list just to have a sync list on all your devices

iCloud Email creates a new @icloud.com email address for you. Turn it off if there has been confusion or turn it on if you want a new email address.
The new @icloud.com email address will be setup automatically in your Mac Mail app
