3/15/16 Macintosh Notes When I delete an email from my iOS device it does not delete from my Macintosh Mail. Why Not? Check how your Macintosh Mail is receiving email. 2 protocols/methods of receiving emails POP & IMAP POP retrieves emails and SAVES THEM TO THE COMPUTER'S INBOX IMAP SYNCS your INBOX (with other iOS devices) with the inbox on the mail server View email account settings: Open Macintosh Mail Click Mail Choose Preferences Choose Accounts Make changes to Macintosh Mail Open Macintosh Mail Click Mail Choose Preferences General Tab -  Change the noises your computer makes when receiving an email, choose automatically send message later when there is an error connecting and sending an outgoing message,  change where attachments are saved Fonts and Colors- Default message font size and style Composing -  Check for spelling errors before sending a message OR check for spelling errors while i type Signatures -  Automatically generate email closing based

Right Click on the icon on the taskbar 3. Choose Pin to Taskbar Remove an application from the taskbar 1.
