Trouble Shoot WiFi

What to do if I see…Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Do not "Diagnose the Connection" normally won't solve the issue, only there to give you something to do besides throwing the computer out the window. Step 1 - Check to see if WiFi is connected *Look at the bottom right corner where the time is displayed and look for two screens, ascending bars that indicate that you are connected ***No connection indicated by red symbol, lack of lit bars, etc. Check hardware if no connection found       Desktop: Make sure your antennae is plugged in usually on the top or in the rear of your computer.       Laptop: Make sure the WiFi antennae has not been switched off by looking for the WiFi active light       Tablet or Phone: Make sure Airplane is off and WiFi is on Step 2 – Antenna is on and working, check your are connected to the correct signal *Click or hover your mouse over the signal bars and make sure the name that appears is the connection you

Calendaring on the Computer *Macintosh users - use iCal on the dock (looks like a calendar sheet) *PC or Mac - Google Calendar - calendar.google.com; or Yahoo - calendar.yahoo.com Add an event: 1. Click on the calendar where you want the new event 2. Type in the event description 3. Push Return or click Create event Change the event: Click hold and drag the event to another time or day slot -or- 1. Click on the event and choose edit to view the event details 2.
