Class Notes 8.21.18 A resident is printing to my printer how do I stop it. Talk to the resident and advise them they are printing to the wrong printer. Disconnect WiFi on your printer and hardwire it to your computer (turn off AirPrint, Bluetooth or Direct Printing) Side Note: Turn off any Sharing on your Mac System Preferences -> Sharing -> NO checkmarks Emails not printing correctly When using Webmail via Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc to access Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Aol, look for a printer icon on the top right of the email or for Outlook the three horizontal dots. DO NOT USE File and then print or command + P Printing a large photo in Macintosh Mail, Double Click on the photo to open the photo in Preview -> then print as needed (!Remember to change the scaling to reduce the size!) Do I update? If it's not visibly broken, don't fix it. Wait a month and then go ahead. Be careful not to UPGRADE which replaces your current softwar
