Managing Bookmarks in Safari, Firefox, Camino

Saving Bookmarks a location/webpage on the internet in Safari, Firefox, Camino

There are 2 main locations to save Bookmarks, the bookmark menu which can contain any and all the bookmarks you want and the bookmark bar, located below the back and forward buttons, is reserved for website you want to access frequently and easily.

1. Visit the website you want to save so you can see it on the screen
2. Click the menu "bookmark", above
3. Choose add bookmark or bookmark page
4. A window will appear asking what you want to label the bookmark, change the name if you want (if saving the bookmark to the bookmark bar, keep the name short to conserve space)
5. The location of where the bookmark will be listed, i.e. Bookmark Menu or Bookmark Bar. Choose the location you prefer
6. Click OK and the bookmark is saved

Delete a bookmark
1. go to the bookmark menu
2. choose organize bookmark
3. find the bookmark you want to delete
4. push delete on the keyboard to delete it

Easy way to delete a bookmark from the bookmark menu
1. hold down ctrl on the keyboard
2. click on the bookmark you want to delete
3. choose delete from the available options

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4.
