Documents, Financial Program (Quicken), TurboTax, Photos, Movies, Address, Bookmarks, Music

Email - IMAP vs POP
IMAP - viewing emails on the provider's computer
POP - downloading emails into the computer (*note, the computer can be setup to also save emails on providers server)

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6.
