DropBox – File Storage on the Cloud (internet) – 5gb of free storage
 
1.Visit dropbox.com
2.Click "Sign Up"
3.Enter your information
4.Click "Sign Up" again
5.An installation file will be downloaded, open the installation file and start the installation of Dropbox, Install->Next->etc.
6.Once installation completes, follow the steps and you will be directed to your new dropbox folder in Documents or on the left of an open file window
7.Move documents you want to store on the cloud into that folder
8.They will automatically be uploaded into the cloud for safe keeping
 
 
Dropbox also allows you to share files you uploaded into your dropbox
1. Go to dropbox.com
2. Log in
3. Go to the folder you want to share
4. Click the folder with the rainbow on the top right
5. Enter the email address with whom to share the folder and its contents with
6. Share

Working With Excel
Excel Files are called Workbooks because they can contain multiple sheets/pages
 
To create a new excel sheet, Right Click on a current Sheet (at the bottom left of the screen) and choose Insert
 
To Copy a Current Excel Sheet, Right Click on the sheet to copy -> choose move…copy-> click the "create a copy" box -> click "move to end"-> click OK
 
****Don't forget to Right Click for MORE Options****
 
Why can't I see all my gmail labels/folders on the left of my gmail?
1.Click the sprocket/gear on the top right
2.Choose Settings
3.Click the Label tab
4.Choose which to show and which to hide
5. Done
6.
