Swipe the app up to close


Split the keyboard in two for easier thumb typing

Hold the collapse keyboard button down ( bottom right)

Choose split keyboard


Hold down the home button to activate Siri

Change Siri settings and turn on hey Siri to avoid pressing the home button

To undo an action.

Shake the iPad

The window asking you to undo will appear

Choose what you want.


Speech to text

Tap where you want to type

On the keyboard push the microphone on the bottom left

Speak what you want the device to type

Note: you must say what punctuation you want, and new line if you want a new line

When you're done pushed done

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6. If not…you need to direct quicken to where to save the backup 7. Click “browse” 8. Find and click on “my computer” 9.
