My Computer is Running Slow
1. Be sure all unneeded applications, as displayed on the taskbar below the window, are closed.
Or
1. Restart the computer

Passwords
Be sure to date the password when you record it in your "password storage system"

Can I use the same for everything?
Depends what you are protecting. Shopping, sure. Banking, no.

I've entered the password but continually I get a message wrong password. Why?
Open another browser and try to access the same account.
A. If it works you have the correct password.
Visit your accounts security information to see who, where and what has been authorized to access your email.
https://myaccount.google.com/security

If it doesn't work still, then you might have the wrong password and you will need to start password recovery.

Don't panic!
Call a Jason or another tech.

Have another email address from a company not committed to supporting your emails?
Like AOL, Yahoo, Sbcglobal, Att, Pacbell, Earthlink
Start backing up, forwarding and transitioning your emails to GMAIL
A. Sign up with gmail – www.gmail.com
Mobile Phone and Alternate Email optional, used for password recovery
B. Backup your current emails and address book to gmail
1. Login to your new gmail account
2. Click the gear on the right side
3. Choose settings
4. Click Accounts and Import
5. Click Import Mail and Contacts
6. Follow the steps and authorize the importing of information
7. Allow a few days for the entire process to complete
