My emails are disappearing into the trash automatically

Check your email account settings under security to be sure your account has not been compromised. 


I can't get my emails

Delete the account off the device and re-add it


Why when I delete emails from my phone they are deleted from my computer but when I delete them from the computer they are not deleted from my phone

Be sure both devices are using imap as the email protocol.

Be sure to save photos and videos from emails and text messages into your photo library. Then delete the original message to save space.

Tap the photo or video to open it and tap the arrow pointing up out of the box to get more options including save. Tap save


View storage space on your device

Tap settings

Tap general

Choose iPad or iPhone storage

View the bar to see the available space and below the applications taking up the most space


If your phone's internet is slow, try turning off the wifi

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6.
