Turn on/off Archive on iPhone Mail for GMAIL only

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Mail

  3. Go to Accounts

  4. Tap the gmail account

  5. Tap the name of the account

  6. Tap advanced

  7. Check Archive or Trash

  8. Tap Done


FYI - The Gmail folder for Archive has been renamed to ALL MAIL


Change the total number of emails you see in Gmail so you can delete a larger list (click the top check box) Must be done on a computer.

  1. Click settings

  2. Click All Settings

  3. Under General

  4. Choose to view 50, 100 or other

  5. Click Save on the bottom

Backup Quicken to a Flash Drive 1. Insert the flash drive into the computer 2. Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4.
