Turn off the iPad if the device is acting strangely 1. Hold down the power button ( on the top right of the iPad) until you see a slide to power off screen 2. Slide and the device will turn off 3. ------internet at the Towers------- Wifi at the towers is much more reliable. The speed does vary based on the usage at one-time. If the speed is a problem, enrolling for your own Comcast connection will alleviate the slow connection speed. As more residents with Internet related devices move in the speeds will get slower.
