Creating Labels in Microsoft Works 1. Create the list of addressees in Microsoft Works Database 2. Open Works Word Processor 3. Click Tools menu 4. choose Labels 5. choose Mailing Labels 6. Choose the brand and number (layout) of your labels 7. click New Document 8. choose Merge Information from Another Type of File 9. Choose the file or database that contains the contacts you want to create labels for 10. Click Open 11. A window opens which displays the different column headings for your list of contacts and addresses 12. Click on the field you want to add in the order you want them to be diplayed on the label and then click Insert 13.
