Turn off the iPad if the device is acting strangely 1. Hold down the power button ( on the top right of the iPad) until you see a slide to power off screen 2. Slide and the device will turn off 3. ------internet at the Towers------- Wifi at the towers is much more reliable. The speed does vary based on the usage at one-time. If the speed is a problem, enrolling for your own Comcast connection will alleviate the slow connection speed. As more residents with Internet related devices move in the speeds will get slower. Especially when they have Internet Televisions. i.e. Google TV, Roku, or Apple TV. An installation file will be downloaded, open the installation file and start the installation of Dropbox, Install->Next->etc. 6.
