My printer won’t stop printing, what do I do? Macintosh Try pushing “cancel” on the printer Doesn’t stop? Then, Turn off the printer by pushing the power button or unplugging the printer from the rear. On the computer 1. go to the apple menu 2. choose system preferences 3. choose “print and fax” 4. click once on the printer’s name and then click “open print queue” 5. you will see a list of documents waiting to be printed 6. click each document and then click “delete” to erase it 7. continue until the list is empty 8. close all open windows 9. turn on your printer 10. and print the document again

Transfer Quicken Changes from the Flash Drive to the Computer 1. Insert the flash drive 2. Locate the files on the flash drive (window may open automatically or go to my computer and double click on the E to open it 3. You should see at least four quicken files 4. Next, open the location to where you will be saving the files to on your computer, usually the quicken files are in My Documents, Quicken 5. two windows should be open 1) E 2) Quicken folder 6. In the E window go to the “edit” menu choose “select all” 7. Copy the selected files by going to the “edit” menu and choosing “copy” 8. Open your Quicken folder, should be on the task bar below titled “quicken” 9. Go to the “edit” menu and “paste” the files into the quicken folder 10. You will be prompted to confirm that the files you are pasting will replace the current files, click Yes to replace the files on your computer 11. Done

Wait for the computer to detect the drive (a window displaying the contents of the flash drive may open) – Drive is identified by the letter E: or F: etc. 3. Open Quicken 4. Go to the “file” menu and choose “backup” 5. A window displaying the path of where the backup will be saved will appear The path should be to the E: or identifying letter of the flash drive 6. Receiving Photos/Files as an attachment in Macintosh Email 1. Click the stamp on the Dock to open Mac Mail, click on the email 2. Click “Save” 3. Click “save” again and the files will be saved to the desktop 4. Click on the middle yellow dot on the top left to hide the window 5. You will see the desktop and the files you downloaded or saved 6. Double Click to open it 7. When you are done with the file/photos 8. Move the file, by clicking holding and dragging it to either the Documents folder or Picture Folder so that your desktop does not become cluttered
