Turn off the iPad if the device is acting strangely 1. Hold down the power button ( on the top right of the iPad) until you see a slide to power off screen 2. Slide and the device will turn off 3. ------internet at the Towers------- Wifi at the towers is much more reliable. The speed does vary based on the usage at one-time. If the speed is a problem, enrolling for your own Comcast connection will alleviate the slow connection speed. As more residents with Internet related devices move in the speeds will get slower. Especially when they have Internet Televisions. i.e. Google TV, Roku, or Apple TV. (uses large amounts of bandwidth) Bandwidth - Internet speed (www.speedtest.net) traditional telephone modem  56kb/sec 1st generation DSL 1.5mb/sec = 1500kb/sec towers internet  18mb/sec = 18000kb/sec -----My Wifi keeps dropping the signal/internet------- If your WiFi has problems connecting, make sure you are connected to the proper connection. DropBox – File Storage on the Cloud (internet) – 5gb of free storage   1. Visit dropbox.com 2. Click "Sign Up" 3. Enter your information 4. Click "Sign Up" again 5. An installation file will be downloaded, open the installation file and start the installation of Dropbox, Install->Next->etc. 6. Once installation completes, follow the steps and you will be directed to your new dropbox folder in Documents or on the left of an open file window 7.
